I welcome you on a journey of self discovery and self care. I am an Expressive Arts Therapy Facilitator. I help people to learn to recognize, understand and overcome the fears and traumas that prevent them from achieving peace, happiness or success.
Expressive Arts Therapy uses tools like writing, drama, dance, movement, painting, and/or music to explore a person's feelings, thoughts, responses and insights. As a facilitator, I guide people in such exploration through movement, pictures, sounds, mental imagery and encounters with artistic processes. A person is not required to have artistic ability or training to use or benefit from Expressive Arts Therapy.
Expressive Arts Therapy can help you explore constructive and artistic ways of identifying, analyzing and expressing your feelings and emotions so that you can conquer your challenges and heal from griefs and traumas that hold you back. With Expressive Arts Therapy, you can find ways to rise above your pain, to discover your hidden strengths and map out your own path of healing, empowerment and peace. The Expressive Arts Therapy approaches include writing, drama, dance, movement, painting, and/or music to explore your feelings, thoughts, responses and insights. I also use Breathwork, Mindfulness, Meditative Practices, and Somatic Experiencing Therapy to help you connect your mind and body to bring about holistic healing.
I also guide clients to explore a range of mind management techniques, from establishing daily routines of breathing exercises and healthy expressions of emotions to dealing with more challenging individual issues like trauma, poor self-esteem, abuse, grief, bereavement, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, panic attacks, body image issues, attachment issues, insomnia, substance abuse, etc. Contact me to know more about the services I provide.

A tailor-made therapeutic plan incorporating movement and expressive arts approaches to support your therapy goals and processes, aligned to your interest and comfort levels, will be used. Content, frequency and number of sessions are customized on a case-to-case basis.

We are so used to burying our inner selves and just going on strongly with the battle of life, that we find it difficult to open up. To recognize our inner thoughts and feel nourished mentally. To find time for our mental self-care. And when want to express or do something for our mind, we often do not find a safe-space where we can find support and guidance without judgment.
We often see so much information on body-care regimens, and yet we find little guidance on our soul-care. A regimen that cleanses, soothes and strengthens our mind can lead to a happier and healthier life.
The Reclaimind Mental Well-Being Sessions aim to make you aware that you are not alone, and you can always find support. They aim to offer you a safe space where you can express and reflect on your emotions and thoughts. Finally, these sessions aim to remind you to take care of yourself as a priority, and show you that there are many simple things that you can do to care for your inner self.
