Reclaimind Mental Well-Being Workshops

​We are so used to burying our inner selves and just going on strongly with the battle of life, that we find it difficult to open up. To recognize our inner thoughts and feel nourished mentally. To find time for our mental self-care. And when want to express or do something for our mind, we often do not find a safe-space where we can find support and guidance without judgment.
We often see so much information on body-care regimens, and yet we find little guidance on our soul-care. A regimen that cleanses, soothes and strengthens our mind can lead to a happier and healthier life.


The Reclaimind Mental Well-Being Sessions aim to make you aware that you are not alone, and you can always find support. They aim to offer you a safe space where you can express and reflect on your emotions and thoughts. Finally, these sessions aim to remind you to take care of yourself as a priority, and show you that there are many simple things that you can do to care for your inner self. ​Common themes and activities focus on breathwork, followed by art work that evokes emotions, and finally, discussions about the experience. ​

Venue: Venue and participants must be organized by the client. Materials required for the activity will be provided by the facilitator(s). Sessions are held at corporate offices, schools and community halls of apartment buildings. In some special bookings, group sessions can be organized at the client's apartment. ​
