Assessment Sessions are free.
Counseling Sessions:
Pricing varies depending on your specific needs, the type of session, and the therapeutic approach used. Once we've discussed your needs together in the Assessment Session, we'll confirm the exact price that applies to you for counseling sessions. All the details will be provided to you in the Assessment Session.
Your booking for a paid counseling session will be confirmed once payment is received. If you cancel at least 12 hours before your session, your payment will be refunded.
Payment Details
You can pay with PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, and other UPI based payment apps. Payment details will be shared in the Assessment Session.
Refund Rules
Counseling Sessions: If you cancel at least 12 hours before your session, your payment will be refunded in full. Cancellations made after this window, or missed sessions without notice, are not eligible for a refund.
Session Packages: If you discontinue before using all sessions in a package, the unused sessions are refundable. Sessions already completed are charged at the full, non-discounted rate, and the refund is calculated on what remains after that adjustment.
Digital Products: Non-refundable once download link has been shared.
